You will need a "slider" hitch in the bed and you will need to lift the 5th wheel up to match the truck height. This all assumes that the 5th wheel doesn't weight too much for a 1/2 ton to pull.

A 5" lift and 35's are not condusive to towing heavy trailers. That said, I have seen several F150s with 5th wheels. Just make sure the numbers add up.

Lift kits and big tires are not good for heavy loads. I dont like a modified truck if Im going to haul weight. (This is why my F150 is stock,) {my truck is a 2001 5.4 4X4 with the off road package}

Ford does not reccommend it even in stock truck form.
With your lift and the frontal area of the trailer and other issues, your foolish to even attempt it.
The trailer weight like this is not the same as a hitch tow type.
The box weight load rateing is only about 1200 lbs +/-and is reduced further by other loads you have in the trailer and in the cab.
What you think you can tow goes out the window with this set up.
Another point never considered is in event of accident involving another vehichle, the insurance company may not back you with an unsupported set up like this.
I know that if I were to see you coming down the road with this setup the response would be 'wow look at that'! Police might think the same as well.
Good luck.
