When i pulled my clutch from the fly wheel i forgot to mark the way it was bolted on. Will that matter? is it going to make vibrations it i dont put it back the same way?

Also when pulling the flywheel what a good way to keep it from turning why unbolting it?

Probably not When you replace the clutch/pressure plate there's no way to index the new one.
