Maybe we should start a email in campaign to the Bronco graveyard, and not stop until it is advertised for sale.

Would it be terribly hard to make a vinyl or kind of rubber mat style one? Make an aluminum rail for the top that has the cover attached and it bolts in where the stock top goes, then you have that overlap some rails covering the sides so water doesn't get into the bolt holes. I don't know how to fabricate that stuff but someone who has that kind of experience and has some material/time they might give it a whack. BTW i am kind of thinking along the lies of a convertible top type thing but without the felt top, just the rubbery mat kind of thing.

Sounds like a good idea for someone with fabricating skills.

Looking nice with no top.

I made a bikini top out of an old hard top and some leather. Much better looking then the convertible top IMHO.

I know this probably isn't what you all had in mind, but it is a bronco. Well, mostly anyways. I've always loved the 78-79 broncos but never got into 4x4's. So since I couldn't buy one that was 2wd, I built one. At least it is all FORD and will do what I need it to. Click the image to open in full size.

It still needs alot, but I just got it back together and drivable. Now I get to start on the body work.
