Hello from Maryville, Tn.
Just wanted to say hello, as I am new. I have just purchased a 1950 F1. A true basket case. I am looking forward to putting this truck back together and back on the road. Wont be a show truck, I want to make some changes and have a nice driver. I am sure I will be posting questions in the near future.

Welcome - Nice to have a fellow 1950 guy on board. You can't claim a true basket case unless you find linoleum under your carpet to keep the rain from coming in the many holes in cab floor. My bed was also held together by metal shelf brackets strategically placed throughout the bed. It's good fun - take baby steps.

With you being in Maryville sorta kinda hard for you to miss the 3 F1-F100 Themed shows in or around Sevier County. Some dates to keep in mind
May 12-14
June 23-25
September 10-11th Not sure on the dates
The first two are in Pigeon Forge. The last one is in Townsend. they are Ford trucks shows
