It doesn't happen that way down here. Either it's a portion of the hay that is being produced or it's cold hard cash. Not even the multi-generation natives around here are that neighborly.
yeah, diesel fuel is 4 dollars a gallon. Bush hogging more than just a yard for free is out of the question.
The guy decided he was gonna let the people living there take care of it, never even got to give him a price, he just said dont worry about it.
