thanks for the welcom Zip. i spent all weekend pulling the intake and the front of my 74 390 apart. all going back with fresh paint ant gaskets. now i have all this off i am thinking of a new cam. i will be pulling a 25 foot 5thwheel. i am thinking of a r.v. cam. which one would you use?

Hey nice to see a post from one of our new members. As for a cam I haven't done a lot of research on what is available for your engine or mine which is a 360. My donor truck has a 351 W. I may go with that instead if it is a decent runner. If not I will need to change a bunch of gaskets on my 360 due to the fact it is a real leaker.

I'd pose the cam question over in the 73-79 forum. There are probably a few very knowledgeable folks there.

What kind of a parts supply do you have for used stuff in your area?

my girlfriend says our yard is starting to look like those pics lol. i have a 75 250 c.s. that is rust free that i am parting out. the box looks better than what you are looking at. to bad you do not live closer. would sell you the whole thing minus the motor for $500.

A better box would be nice. A better box would be nice. The nice thing about my stuff is that other than my 75 everything else cost $0, only my time.
