Seems that the lower "grill" on the 04s is actually a molded part of the bumper assy. Just like the Exploders.

Gmac#1 is starting off with a positive reputation.
Lower Grill for XLT

I bought a 03 Expy and hated the lower gaping hole. I went to my ford dealer and bought the lower grill for the Eddie Bauer and had ford paint the grill to match mine. Now, I had to drill a few holes and make my on brackets, but it fit perfect. Total cost with paint was $138.00

I'll wait for another option, The carriage works grill is nice, but not my taste.
