trying to find good cloths that fit............. I lost 4" on my middle, and everything is a lot big. too cheap to buy new stuff, 'cause I want too loose more weight. Sound like a female yet?

Yes, we're going to start calling you Charlene by the sounds of it.....LOL!! Wow, 4 inches. That's a hell of a lot of weight Charlie. I've lost about 2 inches at the waist, over the last few months.

working out in the gymn, and going to water therapy..... I really only lost 12 lbs. I feel a WHOLE bunch better.

The wife and I did that nutrisystem diet for two months, and I started running again. Like you, I feel a hell of a lot better. I've lost almost 20 pounds. But, it's just too hard for me to run right now, with these hours, so my weight is pretty much stablilized at the moment.
