Hey guys just wanted to put this out there. I have a 2000 F 350 with a v10 with198000 miles I had a coil issue that i solved by installing new coils two week later I notice in OD at low rpm a little spuddering. The next morning I started her up and it was shaking and spuddering GREAT!!!! took off and seemed to clear up a little but would run ok then like s--t. I checked all the coils and wires just to be sure everything was good. Started thinking I was out on a job late and ran the truck low maybe the filter was full of crap so changed it still nothing. decided to stop and get some ful additive and injector cleaner BAM all set runs like a CHAMP
