Year: 1995 Make: Ford Model: F-250 Price: $1700 Mileage: 285000 Color: White Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing Location (State): NY Transmission: Automatic Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive Color: White Engine: 7.3L Powerstroke
Well, with three vehicles, its time to thin the herd a little. First to go is the F250.
I bought this some time ago as a reliable DD for my girlfriend, who has recently moved out. The truck runs great. When I got it I changed out the interior (no damage, PO was a smoker). I used rustoleum ruberized undercoating on the floor, and topped that with a layer of frostking insulation. I ordered new carpet from stockinteriors.com with their massbacking option. The interior is nice and quiet now. She was driving back and forth to the bank, so I wanted a clean, quiet interior for her. I recovered the headliner with a white marine vinyl to get rid of the sagging material and brighten up the interior. I added an in dash CD/DVD/GPS unit that works pretty well. sound is good.
The engine has some miles on it, but still runs well. The truck spent most of its time as a fleet vehicle, and was well maintained. I just replaced the IPR, and its doing wonderful. The transmission is still good, slips a little, but locks up fine at speed, just slow to get moving.
There is some rust around the wheel wells, and the hood has a slight crease at the hinge that someone motivated could get out pretty easily. The undercarraige of the truck is amazingly clean still. there is no rust under the cab or bed.
I just recently replaced the front shocks, and put on new firestone winter tires in december. They get great traction in the snow and ice. I've safely made it through snow that was getting 4WD trucks stuck. I'll include three spares on rims in case you want to pick up a 4th and have two sets of tires.
I'm willing to consider partial trades on a kingpin D60 out of an 86-93 F350 (preferably with springs and hangers), rear Dana 60 with springs and hangers, NP 203/205 doubler, beadlock rims with 37-39" tires for 8 lug application, panhead parts, MIG or TIG welder, trailer (dual axle or larger), or anything else that I just can't bear to live without.
Feel free to make an offer, I can't be offended. Let me know you saw it on FTE, I'm asking more locally. Test drives can be arranged, I can get more pictures if necessary. I can email you higher res pictures if needed.

Give me some feedback. Price to high? Don't be afraid to offer. Still open to trades. Give 'ya top dollar value on whatever it is you've got to trade. Boat? Performance parts? Dirtbike? Snowmobile?
someone out there needs a workhorse of a work truck... All you've got to do is make an offer

too the top. Someone out there wants to make an offer. I'd be willing to consider delivery within a pretty large radius for a serious buyer. No need to come and pick it up, I'll throw it on a trailer and take it to where you are...

The fenders really give a poor impression of the truck, there is an incredibly little amount of rust on the underbody. I think new fenders are 90 bucks a piece at LMC. under 200 bucks and some summit racing paint and you've got a rust free, freshly painted work truck. Engine is bone stock.
Keep on with the questions, If you're needing delivery, say something. For the right price or the right deal I'm willing to deliver within a pretty broad range. I've got some good friends in Maryland, all I need is a good excuse to come visit...

Drove the truck from Antwerp (Just north of Fort Drum) down to Auburn today. Mapquest says its about 125 miles. No problems, truck drove great the whole way. I had to pick up my SuperDuty from the shop, so the F250 will be down there for the weekend. I'll have it back up here next week.
I post this in case anyone was thinking of driving it some distance, it had no problems whatsoever.

TTT for the new week. I've gotten a few phone calls locally for ridiculously low offers (500 is scrap price, not an offer...) I think my cash price is fair, but I am open to offers. for the record, you'll get more for your money offering a trade. I'm really dying for a 16.5ti winch for my super duty. guns are great. I'm open to dealing. Someone make me an offer, I need this truck gone soon!
