94 4.9l issues

I have noticed that when I hit the gas pedal from a stop light the rpms will drop than go back up, spometimes the engine will stall when this happens. the engine also has a slight looping in the idle not real bad but it would be nice to solve both issues. from what I know could it be just some leaking vacuum lines or a bad TPS or something like that.

Vacuum leak or Idle Air Control Valve (IAC). Also, clean your throttle body real good. They build up a carbon ridge at the throttle plates that cause problems.
