evacuating oil from injectors

yesterday i pulled all the injectors and stuck shop towels in each hole, before i got a chance to pump all the oil out i got a call and had to leave. is it okay not to suck the oil out right away, i wont get a chance till the morning

I had mine out for a day before I got around to it. Oil just settles down into the cylinder. I used a 60cc syringe and a length of 1/4" tubing to suck as much out as I could. You could also, when re-installing, install the injectors, but leave the gp's out. then throw the VC's on with a couple bolts. Pull the IDM maxi fuse and bump the starter over a few times. This will send any extra oil out the GP hole and back through the heads.

I did both, just as insurance

^^^^What he said... Change your oil after though because there will be fuel mixed with the oil when shooting the oil out of the cylinders...
