please help me with my doors

i have a 96 f250 that was a xl truck. I got the doors and harness of 94 xlt truck as well as the harness that goes from door to door. From what i can see the the driver door has a gray connector that comes of the harness and goes to what i believe is the speeker and the doorlight in the driver door. Its a 8 plug connector and only 4 wires go into it, and on the passenger side of the door there is two connectors 1 black that plugs into the harness from the other door and one gray that goes to the speeker and the light to the passenger door. nowhere is there and power supplied to the doors? please help me!

the 8 plug connector is for the power locks and power windows. power supply in, power supply out from the switch to the passenger side window and out to all 4 doors for the power locks. theres also one plug that is for the speakers only, its a flat two wire plug, black and white wire iirc.

That was my thread and I still haven't gotten around to finishing the job because I haven't gotten new doors, and I don't want to waste time by putting all the stuff into my rusty xl doors. But it sounds like you've ran the wiring across the top of the dash. And someone told me it's just like plug and play when you get it in. (not too sure though) but if you have questions ask Midwest dually because he did that whole setup when he did a gas to diesel swap.
