Need service recommendation in Orange County

hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a specific service rep and dealer that is honest and straightforward to work with in the orange county area? We had a really bad experience at Theodore Robbins in Costa Mesa and I called Villa Ford yesterday and the guy on the phone was incompetent.

Thanks. The specific job we need done is a replacement guage cluster on an 05 Expedition. I'd like to have them program a used one, but barring that, at least an honest estimate/job on a new one.

I've been to Ken Grody in Buena Park a couple of times and they treated me fine. Ken Grody Ford Buena Park, California

I have no personal experience with Capistrano Ford, but have heard they're ok to deal with.
