I found a nice old original "Nite" pickup for my grandson. Short bed, stepside, 4X4, 351, auto.,canopy and 150,000 miles. Today he took it out and got it stuck in the mud. Grandma and i are thinking of putting it up for sale. It is a nice straight good running pickup. Any ideas where to look up values on these trucks? I was hoping we could get about $4,000.00 dollars for the pickup.

 

Unfortunately, they're not worth that much. Kelly Blue Book says about 2,500 is all their worth, even with the Nite selected and all.

 

Thanks for your input, Private Party Value is low for a dry climate truck. I did look it up on KKB and Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail is $3,620 Suggested Retail Value not including the canopy. I know if the local Ford Dealer had it on the lot it would be a $5995.00 Truck. Most on here are back east with rust issues and I think price reflects that.

 

Prob can get around 3K for it if you can find maybe someone who collects it, or just wants a reliable vehicle.

 

Where do you live? Just curious, in between jobs at the moment anyway.
