Got a question/Issue!?

Have 05 4.6 with 67,xxx mi. Changed plugs yesterday, (torqued to 10 lbs) got to the last two on driverside, and pulled coil out and there was about a 1/2teaspoon of oil sitting down in there on top of plug. Anybody know what could cause this? Also, it idles fine now, but took it for a test drive and it runs horrible, almost like its running on 7 cyl. NO codes came up either. Happy easter

sounds like a valve cover leak and a cracked plug boot.

Thanx 1bad, one of the boot was hard to get out due to short wiring. It separated near the top of the boot but i just pushed it back together. Is there a way to find out which one is bad? Maybe through OBDII port?

if you go to a good shop they can look for a saved code to point you in the right place. a good scanner will find codes that dont trip the CEL.
