Lines/Connections

I am working on getting started on building a WVO system. there are of course various hoses and connectors out there. i have very good access to make custom hydraulic hoses. would this type of hose work or would the vegi oil eat the hoses up? Shouldn't all connections be SS or aluminum. Wouldn't using any brass fittings cause polymerization and eventually lead to failure? i have read not to use steel. is stainless steel ok? i am trying to avoid using brass. i am not sure if there are alot of alumnium fittings so was thinking of using SS.

I'm surprised you haven't received any response yet. I am not an SVO user but here's a place which gets more traffic on the subject: Forums
