Ha! Thanks, Grandma was great, but I did use a set of ear buds as ear plugs when my 18 month old got cranky until he fell asleep.

About 7K lbs loaded for camping with no toys. It weights around 8300lbs with two 90cc atvs and a 660 Raptor.

This was our first trip with no toys. Usually we have two 90's and one 660 in the back.

My daughter loved the garage empty so she could decorate. I think there is still a poster of Bieber back there that I need to dispose of when she's not looking.

Finally got it installed over the weekend. I pulled it apart, repainted, and re-packed the bearings. I can't wait to try it out.

Just pulled in from our 3rd and final trip for the summer. Had a 10-15mph headwind on the way up and the meter showed 10mpg when I finally pulled into the campsite. Rode to town a couple times while camping and when I just pulled in now the meter shows 13.1mpg after the whole trip.

I did a quick boost leak test and everything is perfect. I am thinking I may have damaged the ebps when cleaning it and the tube this spring. I think I am gonna try a new one and see what happens next trip.

We made a trip to the east coast a couple Weeks ago and averaged around 10mpg the entire 4000+ miles. I probably could have done much better had I run 65 mph, but that's just asking too much sometimes! Lol

I would have just accepted it as "what its going to get" but for two years now I have saw continuous 14.5-14.6mpg on this same trip with the same setup.

It has been dropping since the ebps and tube cleaning. I think I did something. lol

Good Sam Club Salutes Our Soldiers

I know that there are a lot of Good Sam members on FTE. Here is a new program that they are offering for our military. Free membership for while on Active Duty. This is a great deal for those that have served our country.

Good Sam Club News » The Good Sam Club Salutes Our Soldiers » Print

You can also see page 3 of the Aug-Sept 2012 "Highways" magazine.

And also: This special Life member discount is now available for the following: http://www.goodsamclub.com/life-special/Default.aspx

There are a lot of discounts with Good Sam. The biggest attractions for me are the Highways magazine, the fuel discounts and the camping discounts. Look at the benefits page to see what else you can get. Really the membership pays for itself if you camp more then a couple times a year.

I am sure that if you call them then they will work it out for you.

Last weekend was camping trip number #7 this summer. Had a blast taking my son, nephew, and cousin over to the Badlands Off Road park in Attica, In. The best part was fitting 4 quads in the back of my toy hauler made for two.

This weekend was camping trip #8 where we camped at a lake and boated with our friends on their Carver 36 Mariner. I don't know squat about boats, but that thing is nice. The best boat is a friends boat!

I'm glad we picked up the X and toy hauler last year, it's been a lot of fun so far this year. With no issues with the X the last couple trips it almost feels like the trip is missing something

Don't think you're missing anything....unless a shelled transmission is something you'd consider missing. I'm stuck in Ft. St. John with my 4R100 blown.

I'm getting ready to take mine in and get it beefed up and rebuilt. Mine is slipping in 3rd. Although it could last another year seeing as its been doing it for about a year now. I just don't want to be in the position you are in stuck somewhere.
