Keyless

I just got a 1991 F-350 SuperCab Dually and the previous owner (her late husband was the second, I'm the third owner) doesn't know if the truck had keyless entry, but I think that it might, as it is a XLT Lariat.

Is there anyplace that I can look on the truck to find out if it does have it? I've tried VIN searches, but have come up empty.

I have also googled around the web and have come up empty.

I may be wrong, but keyless entry wasn't a factory thing.....Dealer/owner add on...

I found the Part number for the add on module for a truck with out it, but where would the module be mounted on the truck once installed? If the unit was installed previously all I need to do is get replacement remotes.

Dunno about the 91's, but the 92-97 trucs had the module behind the kick panel on the driver's side

The problem with America today is stupidity. I'm not saying we should punish the stupid people, but perhaps take the safety labels off everything and let the problem solve itself

I didn't think keyless entry was a factory option until the 92-96 trucks.
