Caliper mounting bracket

Hey all. I own a 2000 ford excursion and recently the rear right caliper locked up smoking the rotor. I took the caliper back and they gave me a replacement for free due to a defect. Along with the caliper was a new caliper mounting bracket. I tried to get the old one off with no luck. Anyone know what wrench size you need and what these things are tourqed to when they are put on originally ?? Thanks for any suggestions.

the two big bolts that hold on the caliper mounting bracket? I'ts 13/16 or 21mm. I bent a half inch breaking bar on mine, just get leverage and brace yourself. good luck

I will give it a shot today. I am quickly learning that the Excursion likes to eat brakes and rotors. Thanks for the info...
