4.6 turbo question(s)

You may or may not have seen my thread on dropping a DOHC 4.6 into a 1986 f150. I was wondering how well these motors hold up to boost? I wouldnt even think of turboing it for quite a while after the swap is done mostly cause of money issues. But it is something i would like to do sometime down the road and i figured id ask and see what the issues i would run into would be. The motor is an all aluminum DOHC 4.6 out of a lincoln mk8 backed by a 4r70w. Again this is just for curiositys sake at this point.

They'll last for a good bit, assuming you take good care of the engine and don't go over 8-10lbs.

With the high compression of that engine, I would stay down around 5 to 6psi max.
