IPR plug, got it... Hard to see down in there.

It looked like the little "keepers" are broken off of it, so the plug won't snap on. Maybe duct tape will work... lol

that not good. they are metal though, they shoudln't snap off.

My 95 had the plastic keepers, and one was broken, and would work loose....thus act like a miss or die....I got a replacement kit from Ebay with the metal bale / snap wire and I like it better....

Motor is too hot to tell on the IPR plug vs Injector plug.

The pigtail seems to run about thirty bucks from IH. The harness is about sixty five from Ed. Part numbers are in the part number sticky.

I search the other forum's and the Injector Clip and IPR clip was mentioned as the same and pic's where posted...but I wasn't convinced that they were?...but I didn't have them in my hand.....Ford Diesel 6.0 & 7.3 IPR REGULATOR WIRE REPAIR KIT | eBay

Thanks for the info.

I can't remember now if the clips on the plug were broken or the nubs on the IPR were broken...

Probably would have to buy a new IPR if the nubs are broken.

IDK? but if memory serves me - seems I lose a little each day - the bail wire snaps over the connector/coil....think the plastic snaps are no longer in play........IIRC.
