Apologies if reviving an old thread isn't kosher - I honestly can't tell anymore.

Some forums are picky about posting a new thread when there's already one on the subject and push the use of the search feature, others don't like revivification.

Usually seems better to bump an older thread on the same subject.

That said, does anyone know of a template for the needed cut on a 2WD/Automatic cab?
