t-c case leaking from tranny overflow

hey guys i asked in the 97 forum but no response. i have a 1997 f350 7.3 with the e4od. last time the t-c case was serviced the fill bolt came shooting out due to, what i was told the tranny seal allowing fluid to come over from the tranny. it seems the t-c leak is getting worse, maybe 2 drops a day on the floor.

has anyone else had this problem? what parts do i need and how to go about it, pull the t-case and replace the seal? or is that even the problem? the t-case is clean then after a short drive there is fluid around the t-c drain bolt and couple bolts around it. thx guys.
