1973 F250 headers for 460??

I found a pretty decent truck for sale. Its a 1973 Ford F250 4 speed with a 460. And I was thinking about buying it, But i was hoping to put on headers and straight pipe. And i couldnt find any headers that fit a 1973 F250 with a 460. :/ Any one know where i could find some?

L&L is about the only place that I've found who supplies them for that application. I'd suggest going with 1967-79 Full Size Truck/bronco - 429 & 460 Swap Kits - Headers
When I bought mine 3 years ago, they were cheaper through them than directly from L&L and they are the same header. If you do go with Broncograveyard, call them first because it's possible they won't have any in stock since they get theirs from L&L. They are an expensive header but well built and about the only header I could fine. I run chassis exit and they fit just fine without any modification. The fenderwell exits only require a little triming of the inner fender.

+1 on the l&l I have chasis exits and they are the finest headers I have owned yet. Worth the money so far.

Alright, what about a 1979 F250 4X4 with a 390. I cant find headers for that either!

The 390 never came in a 4x4 but it is the exact same motor as the 360 other then the stroke. Anyways ive been researching and i was wondering (for the people who have bought l&l headers from bronco graveyard) Do they come with the collectors, bolts, reducers, and gaskets? On l&ls website it says they do but i cant seem to figure out if they do from bronco graveyard

Yes they do come with the collectors, bolts and gaskets. But if I were you I would spend the money on copper gaskets, and stage 8 locking fasteners. They are a little spendy. I bought mine from summit and the price wasn't terrible. I think the gaskets were around $30.00 and the bolts were around $45.00.

Oh. One more thing with the stage 8's you have to file the locks a little to make them fit right up to the bolts. But other then that easy install. Also account for the thick flanges before you order the bolts.

x2.....I used 1 1/4 stage 8's. I couldn't find the length anywhere else but I was in a hurry.

I placed the order from Jeff's and they shipped from L&L.
