Not custom cab.... "Deluxe Cab" is the right term for a 54. Custom Cab started in 55.

Right you are, I had forgotten, prolly because the only trucks of this vintage I've owned were '56's.

B5C-8125622-A .. "Custom Cab" Emblem.

Check with FTE member C-700, or PM me your number, and I can give it to him. He has one that he just offered me, and I don't need another one right now. I am actually coming up to Marysville, WA soon for some truck body parts, so perhaps something could be worked out. His (C-700) is a good one, and I have a good one here too, so I could possibly just bring you mine, and then have you pay me for his. The hash marks are for deluxe cab only models, along with the hood side boomerangs, and stainless trim on the drip rail.

My 54 M-350 Deluxe Cab doesn't have a fresh air heater , never did. I really wish it did. I think they were more a U.S. thing. The only fresh air heater I've seen up here is in my 56 Merc. 500 coe that isn't a Custom Cab but was built at Detroit Truck.

Other than that I`m out of ideas, hopefully someone can come up with one closer to you.
Hi What's it worth? The grill for my 54 has been chromed which I don't really like as the other hardware won't show up very good. Saskatoon is a fair ways from here but you never know.

I`ll see if I can find it and also have a close up look to see just what shape it`s in then I`ll try to remember to send you an email.

Hello Everyone!

I just bought my 54 last year and I just now found this thread…..
I am CRAZY over the 54 chromed grille look ! I have been told that my grille has had some weld work and chrome will not work.

I am willing to pay top dollar for a grille that will !!!!!!

I really appreciate your help! Thank you!
