07 Expy turns over but wont start

Hey guys, I have a 07 Expy EL Eddie Bauer. My wife drove it to take the kids to school this morning and said it ran fine. About noon, she tried to leave in it again and it wouldn't start. It turns over like a champ but doesn't fire off. I checked the shut off valve, changed the fuel filter, etc but no luck. Any ideas?
