well my s son had floor pans and body work done. the kid he hired never covered the glass good enough. primer over- spray is bad. other than a hammer is there a way to clean it up.
I would just use paint thinner on a cloth being careful to keep it off the painted body. That will remove most of it and then just use a good glass cleaner to remove the milky residue. I'm sure some of the other guys will know of a product probably made just for removing paint from glass. I have in the past just used a razor blade to carefully scrape paint off glass after its been on for a long time. But thats a slow process if you have a lot to remove.
If it is self etching primer , acetone would probably work much better than lacquer thinner. Any paint or primer that uses a catalyst will clean up with acetone. Also use acetone to clean up after using fiberglass resin.
