Well guys about 2 weeks ago I replaced the front end carrier in my 95 f150. Now today when I was testing out the 4wd there was a little clunking. Only when the wheel was turned far left. So i get underneath to look and I see that its the drivers side axle is riding a llittle too close to the housing........ what in the world would be causing this?

Sounds like time to rebuild the front end!!
