anybody have any idea of how many spline differental for a dana 60 4.10 gearing out of a 1967 f-250?

 

16 splines: 1953/72 F250 Dana 60 rear axleshaft.

Depends on the application. If the tag is still on the diff cover, the ratio and whether or not it's a limited slip/locker will be on there. At the lower left corner of the tag as viewed with the lettering upright, it will say the ratio as 3 73 (for a 3.73 ratio) or as 3L73 for the same ratio with a factory traction aid of some sort. You could get these with either a limited slip or Detroit locker.

 

An open carrier means that the differential is not a locker/positraction unit.
