Does anyone know if there is a tonneau cover available for my 78 F100 stepside. I have been looking but have had no luck. Also, if there isn't one specifically, is there one that would fit from a newer truck that could maybe be modified to fit?? Thanks a lot.

I doubt it. If you have seen one, it was probably fabricated from a truck with similar dimensions.

 

Yes, back in the day...******* out of long Beach calif made some nice tops, but you have to remember conventional tonneau covers were the "norm"- of which of course any upholstery shop can make for you....the best (IMHO) are the cloth backed naugahyde tonneau's. Today I doubt anyone makes them for those specs but you can also fab up your own as I did....
