window crank and mechanism rattle

hey guys is there a way to adjust the mechanism that rises the window or rolls it down?
I drive on a dirt road and the rattling inside the door is driving me crazy.
I installed the antirattle kit and the window channel rubber things.
I also got a pair of door panels with a LOT of sound deadening rubber/henrys type on it and it did make a difference.
Also my passenger door window is hard to roll.what grease or lube can i use.
Thanks in advance

I have a similar irritating squeaky rattle in my passenger door. As near as I can tell it's the rivets on some part of the regulator are loose. Someday I'll get around to opening it up and greasing it. Maybe peen the rivets a little tighter.

right.. its not the glass in the track. is the lift mechanism..

to test, when you go down the road again, try to raise the window (with it up) with the crank.. does that stop/help the noise?
as F1 says, you will have to tighten the rivets somehow..

yes when I roll the window up it helps a lot.
I reduced the noise level in side the cab by a lot, except for that rattling noise.
I cant wait to sound proof it.

sorry, to be clear, try to crank it MORE after the window is closed (hild pressure on the crank)..
