These tires are only 1 year old and I probably won't be getting new tires for 4 or 5 years.

Thats a great offer, I may take you up on that, if my friend's brother starts his new job and leaves the tire store before we can do it.

Thats what I figured it was. I've never actually opened on up to see though. I do know that on an old Radial TA I had several years back a rock on a gravel driveway took a small chunk out of a sidewall and I saw white rubber.

I personaly love white letters, but I hate it when I want something and everyone tells me excuses to try and get me to keep it (that just makes me wanna do it even worse!!)
But like said above it your truck, do what YOU want!
Its YOUR name on insurance and the title, its YOUR money that pays for the insurance and the gas in it. If you don't like something about it, you can change it.
I like the white letters, because I paid for them, and I want them to be noticed.
By the way, I may steal your paint sceme now... I had a toy truck, same model long ago, some paint sceme, everything.. I want that toy back..

I am a fan of the black wall. I don't like the white at all. I like to try and give it that dark smooth look to it. At 1 time i had a white 78 f150 2wd with a tuck and roll bench seat, a/c, sounds, lowered the back to even height with the front 5% tint with 7's in the frt and 10's out back and black wall bfg's. i really miss that truck. I think the white walls take away from the overall look of the truck but, thats just me.
