got a parts man, and a side business going, thought I would let yall know!
Well me and my friend in moltrie(I'm in valdosta) have gotten tired of bosses, work hours, and (for me) looking for work, so we have come up with a solution.
We've started a "business" I cover the north FL area and he covers the moltrie area, we are buying up old "scrap" trucks that have no goodie left in'em or are too far gone to save. Right now we have a good size pile of 67-72 parts. We mainly try to stay in the 73-79 years, (I'm building one and he has 2 or 3 he drives and is building), but to keep lights turned on and gas in the tank we've been scraping every piece of metal that had no use anymore.
So far we have had a 74 factory dually F350, a rolled 78, and misc. Farm equipment.
If you guys have any parts you all are looking for, let me know and I will keep my eyes open for ya'll, he sets most prices, and he is a good guy so he can work out some trades or something to help you all out if need be.
Also, we are not brand specific in what we buy, but we are 99.9% ford truck parts that we save..
