Hey fellas got a stock 05 F250 6.0 that is giving me problems for about 4 months now I have been reading on here the whole time about what to do and done it and the thing still wont start when hot! EOT 177-ECT 174 ICP 586 when running and 286 while cranking IPR 28. something when running and 77.6 while cranking when I have a no hot start. I have Replaced Standpipes, dummy plugs, ICP Sensor, IPR, STC, Injector orings, ICP pigtail, FICM 47.5. Took it out night before last after replacing all injector orings and it restarted after about 15 mins of hard driving, next day hauled a desk 15 miles going to back it in the drive and it died in the road(thankfully it made it there) Waited 5 hours started back up. I love the truck but just about ready to get rid of it. Going to run another air test when she will start again, let it run for 1 hour this moring to get scangauge #'s and now wont restart. Do you guys think I should throw a new HPOP in it?

Yeah figured that much but the truck is too far from the garage to do that right now, is there a reason every oring would be going bad, oil cooler clogged super heating oil because every injector oring was bad(burnt or broken) dummy plug orings worn standpipes not to bad has something happened to cause all of this?

Exhaust Back Pressure

TXD: 07E0221445

RXF: 046285140645

RXD: 3010

MTH: 001D00500000

NAM: EBP

KO=103 (15) LI=110 (16) HI=110 (16) OR=55 - 607 (8 -88) kPA (PSI)

can someone please help me decipher this? I believe my EBP is measuring in PSI and from what I remember people were saying to should be somewhere around 15 psi KOER? Is that correct? It should also be similar to the baro pressure KOEO?

Thanks

KOEO EBP, BAR and MAP should be within .5-1.5 of each other.

Here is a video of EBP while running down the road. At 1:26 starts the EBP readings, with a WOT.

Are these readings solid or will there be some variation to them? If it is I'm in a heap of trouble.

Try this Xgauge for BAROMETRIC

07E0221442
046285140642
3010
001D00500000
BAR

Also, on the crankshaft & Camshaft, have you tried both?

The EGR ones were hit and miss on the 04 and early 03 trucks. I have a late build 04 and I didn't have much luck on those.

Nothing jumps out at me with the readings you have posted. Except of course the Cam Sync.

Are your WOT readings while driving? If so you ICP at only 2205 WOT is quite low IMO.

That other BAR works bro and I tried the other cam and it says in sync. So what I've shown is there any other thing I need to be worried about or just enjoy my truck at the moment.

When he goes to Alaska, he is going to see lower ECTs than that. As soon as ambient temps are below 60 f it's not uncommon to see your ECT dip down below 185 for periods of time when your running downhill or simply idling at colder temps. I had this often with old thermostat and now with new one. It's perfectly normal. Also, when you see EOT spread over 15 degrees as well it's common at these lower temps because there isn't the water diverted to thx he EGR and oil cooler when the ECT is below 185. It's why I run a winter front and even extra cardboard in really cold weather. Ie -20 f or colder. Just can keep any heat in her, coolers are all to efficient.
