Welcome to FTE.
You can't do certain things such as P/M until you reach 25 posts.
Where are you located?
If you E-Mail me your info, I'd be more than glad to post a wanted ad for you.
Nice truck. I love Camper Specials.

Hey bud i'm out of Michigan, im 19 and this is my 1st 70's ford truck.
I've always had Chevy's but i've just always loved the 70's ford bodystyle, and the camper specials are built so well.
So what's a post? Is this reply considerd a post?
And my email is zebhughes@yahoo.com .
I'm looking for a bed, i would love to find one matching colors but i know that'd be pretty hard. I'm also looking for a push bar kinda like what your running, and also some tires to go on the 16.5 rims, preferably like around 33in size.
Thanks alot for the help, and nice trucks!

Thank you, both trucks are my pride and joy!
You think your little F-250 Camper Special is built well? You should see a F-350!
Here's the thread:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ill-guard.html

Here is the classified ad.
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...and-tires.html

I also strongly suggest you post some ads in your local Craigslists.
I don't know how many of these trucks there are out there, but they are everywhere and cheap (and rust free, of course) out here in Sunny, Southern California.
*Edit:
Yes, what you did was a post. See your post count is 2, every time you reply to a thread, or make a new one, your post count increases. Nice truck by the way!

Oh man thanks for the doing the ad, it looks good.
Yeah there actually pretty hard to come by in michigan, and if you do there rusted all to hell.
I picked this one up for 800bucks, cuz it ran like crap so the guy didnt want to fix it...
200 bucks and a week later and i have it going and driving it everyday about 50 miles a day!
So i cant complain for a grand into it haha.
And yeah that f350 is a freakin tank, looks tough!

Oh, it is. It's weighs around 5,000 empty and will chirp the tires. It's a 4 speed with a granny low gear, has a gunrack, I love bein' a redneck!
It has one of the biggest frames ever put in a pickup, 8" deep frame. Super Camper Specials are rare.

That's awesome! I got a diamond plate toolbox for the '74 F-250 Super-Cab (First year for the Super Cab, by the way) today. It's the aluminum full-size type, I even got the key! Best part? It was free.

Here is the spare tire compartment on my truck.

I posted this from my phone.

Now why doesn't my truck have that spare tire?
Was that only f350s?

Here's the tool box I mentioned earlier.

It looks to have been painted black, the black paint is peeling in some places. I got the key for it too! The best part? It was free...
