<-- New F250 SuperCab owner from Bremerton, Wa
Hey guys,
I'm not new to Washington, but I did just pick up a truck
figured this could be a great place to get some good info.
I Live in Bremerton, and work in Seattle
I am in Sequim/Port Angeles alot visiting family.
I look forward to maybe meeting some cool truck people
here's my intro thread from the 6Th Gen section (73-79)

I just picked up my truck on Monday
drove it around town all day monday and tuesday
then drove it home (75 miles) tuesday
it's a 1977 Ford F250 Ranger Super Cab
it's got a 460 4bbl
I believe it's got the C6
unsure what rear end is in her
it's got a "Flex Steel" (conversion) interior very comfey
the truck has 135K miles on her
it was a "Farm Truck" for the last ten years
(just used to haul produce to town)
I picked this truck up for $650
to use it as a "Dump Run" truck, possibly do a little Local Camping
I'm new to the 460ci engine
and it's been a really long time since I had something with a carb.
hopefully she treats me well
the only issue I have run into so far,
the truck came with 16.5" wheels
and I can't find tires that fit for a reasonable price
I'm sure I'll come up with some questions sooner or later.

I think the seller's name was John,
the wife told me the truck's name was "Brown Betty"
do you know them?
they seemed nice.
I'm in Sequim one or two weekends a month.
normally in my 2001 Tahoe (dosn't really stand out)
or in my Black GTO

I don't think that's them
this farm is on an access road (parelelle to Old Olympic HWY)
near agnew
Edit:
sending a PM
as far as sundays,
I'll be in the area Sunday (but it's Easter, so probably busy)
probably be in the black GTO or a grey Tahoe (hard to spot the Tahoe)

finally found some used tires to go on my used wheels
sold the 16.5's yesterday and installed the "NEW" Bling-Bling
fronts are 235/85-16 Goodyear Wrangler (they are a Canadian tire company version of the DuraTrak Tires) lots of tread left
rears are 285/75-17 some sort of no name mild A/T tires with about 1/3 usable tread
truck sits a little higher, wheel wells a bit more filled out.
and drives better too.
biggest plus is the fact that I'm not afraid to put 2K lbs in the bed and go down the road.

we are having a yard sale with my wife's family this weekend.
finally got the tires replaced, now I don't feel so bad getting her out on the highway
(just expensive fueling this thing)
if you see it before Sat, it will probably be my wife driving
after Sat, will probably be me
