You will need a new master cylender and a revamped piping system.

Rear discs are fairly usless on a truck. What is your intent for it?

Well I have a cv parts car and was thinking I might eventually take out the rear end and throw it in the truck I figured full disc would be better and give me nicer handling but if there isn't much benefit then perhaps I will rethink

On these light trucks, if you add too much more stopping power to the rears, all you'll get is locked up tires.

The front brakes are going to be where you make the most gains. I plan to keep my 66 pretty original, but I will be adding disc brakes, to the fronts only, this summer.
