1996 351windsor with a 1970 4spd trans

I have a 1966 F-100, i need to put in a 1996 351 windsor in it but i recently got a 1970 transmission i think is from a torinto, anyway, i need to know what year flywheel pressure plate and clutch should i get? Also since the Transmission is a 4 speed i need to know what shifter i need to get, any info on this stuff would be great, thanks, ps here's a couple pics of the 351 and the trans.

1996 351 Windsor

It aint pretty but it'll clean up well,1970 Gran Torinto 4 Speed transmission

You must use the flywheel that matched this 351W's harmonic balancer. Otherwise you'll have a vibration that...sooner or later...will tear the center oughtta the flywheel.
