We need more info please.
What engine? 4.6L 5.4L
What happens after it starts?
I just noticed you wrote F-250.

Could be an Idle Air Control Valve problem. It's on your throttle body. Try removing it and cleaning with MAF and Throttle Body Cleaner.

Any codes? How does the fuel system check? Does it start if you hold the accelerator pedal to the floor? Does it smell rich after starting?

I would start by checking for vacuum leaks. Than I would look at the IAC. Why did you Seafoam in the first place? Was the truck running poorly or missing?

Accelerator to floor when starting cold might help cold start. Sounds like it's flooded out for some reason. Probably IAC. You can remove it and clean with MAF/ throttle body cleaner. That might do it. Or you may have to replace it.
