According to what I read this is incorrect. The OP is asking about fuse #20 in the power distribution box and the fuse referenced above is in the passenger compartment fuse box.
Fuse #20 in the power distribution box (located under the hood) is a 10A fuse for the trailer back-up lights (reference page 223 of the 2005 owner's manual).
The fuse which powers the trailer brake controller is #20 in the passenger compartment panel and is a 15A fuse (reference page 219 of the 2005 owner's manual).
Thanks for all the great info everyone, got a good handle on the fuse, now witch trailer is wired wrong?
Can't help much with that other than to say I would check for a short circuit first. If everything thing was OK and all of sudden you are blowing fuses this is the most likely culprit and easiest to check for.
Not sure when the fuse blew, I don't use back-up lights on any of my trailers. The last electrical modification I did was replace a worn IV cable, and I will tear it apart and make sure I didn't cross somthing up
