wow, this is dumb, but somehow not surprising. 10% is supposedly a fair tax rate? and by this guys logic, my old "rust bucket" 81 F-150 would be taxed for being a collector car because it was labeled an antique by the Cash for Clunkers program. this bill is redundant and not cost effective, 2 reasons why it'll probably pass into law
