so to get this back on track.... what brand where the plugs you did remove? pics? i would have a very hard time believing the swelled ones are motorcraft. only way i could see them swelling is if the controller went out and the power didn't shut off to the plugs.
The ones I pulled were Autolites. All were burned out and swollen at the tip. Three of them are so swollen I can't get them out of the head.
