WTB Section of truck bed

Ok here is my story. I 97 F-250 and the previous owner had a fith wheel hitch in the bed. I am planning on removing it and putting in a spray in liner but I do not want a big hole in the bed. I am looking to get a section of the bed to weld in, grind smooth and cover with the spray in liner. I am looking for a rust free section approximatley 18"x18." If anyone has a junk bed and would be willing to cut out that section I would be more than happy to pay for the part, shipping and their time and labor. If you are interested let me know.
