Rim swap

Is is possible to swap 16X8 rims from a 1985 F250 to a 1987 F150 that has 15x6 rims? Both are 4X4s. I know it wouldn't be a straight tire change and it would require some work, just would like to know if anyone else has done it.

F150=5 lug wheel, F250=8 lug wheel. they do not interchange.
