What does it connect to? It doesn't look like an air dryer or at least any image I can find. Ditto remote oil filter. Does this truck have a PTO drive hydraulic system for a dump bed or something else?

But back to what it connects to. That's the key.

It looks like it runs to the back of the engine. I’ll take better pics tomorrow because it’s dark and raining here. Thanks!

 

Luberfiner secondary oil filter, we used them on semi's years ago
Should be a drain plug on the bottom and you undo the strap clamp to get the cap off to access the filter
We quit using them years ago because they were messy, required another gallon or 2 of oil plus the cost of a second filter
I'd find where the lines connect to the engine, then remove them and plug the fittings
