Truck puffing blue smoke turbo seal?
2006 f350 110000 miles on it just started puffing blue smoke, i pulled egr valve it was clogged somewhat, cleaned intake as well ,no wet fluid in intake, still puffing blue mainly after idle then takeoff or up hills , fluid level is fine in degass bottle no puking residual on it , power seems fine, turbo making boost still seems normal, checked boots was oil in there seemed like clean new oil , from searching threads could this be turbo seal? any other thoughts be great, i might drop down pipe today see if theres oil in there
thanks

I just replaced my turbo 2-3 weeks ago.
I had the same problem. When I would let the truck sit outside the store idling it would start blowing bluish grey smoke. It also did it when I stopped at lights or in traffic.
It seemed to do it more when the turbo was doing the vein sweep.
I pulled my down pipe and did not find any moist oil, but I did have a streak of burnt oil on the outside of the exhaust, running between the first and second exhaust joints.
I ran the truck like that for almost a year, before I finally replaced the turbo with a Powermax and Whalaaa!!!! No more smoke!!!
