Bed Rail Kit-Hello Bill/Number Dummy

I just read the post on 03/26 ref the bed rail kits. I would be interested in the 8' kit for a F100/F150 if there are any out there. Also,Thanks for your help with some part numbers in the past. I love the look on their faces when I go to the local dealer with a part number. First response is "we probably don't have that", then are completely stunned when they show it in stock. I don't know how you do it,but Thank You. I called D.C. several years ago ref the bed rails,at the time they were selling the chrome round tube ones like you get at the local parts store, they look like grab bars or handicap assist like you put around the toilet stalls to me! I've scrounged the salvage yards here since and most are pretty trashed or have been cut short on the cab end to put a toolbox on. I've got a box of those little eyelets now though. Phil's truck looks great,I like the spoked wheel covers,I think those were Torino or Fairmont, but probably used on several models. I was going to try the mid 80's Merc Grand Marquis covers, but they weigh a ton. Thanks,Nibog

Guess why I know that.

F3TZ-9932230-C .. 8' Bed Rail Kit-Chrome / Obsolete

Note: The parts catalog sez "contemporary style" .. what that mean, I haven't a clue. Ask for a description before buying.

Last MSRP: $182.71 // Dealer net cost: $127.90.

RON CARTER FORD in Alvin TX has 1 = 281-388-8090.

AL WHITE MOTORS in Manchester TN has 1 = 931-728-9700.

BEAMAN FORD L/M in Nashville TN has 1 = 800-624-6587.

PIONEER FORD-MERCURY in Bremen GA has 1 = 770-537-2373.

JACKY JONES FORD in Cleveland GA has 1 = 706-865-2168.

CAIN FORD L/M in Cornelia GA has 1 = 706-778-2121.

KINSEL L/M in Beaumont TX has 4 = 800-816-2894.

Shop around for the best price. This bed rail kit can still be returned to Ford for credit, but the dealers will only get dealer net cost: $127.90. And, they have to pay shipping charges to return them.
