how can i drain my radiator?

how can i drain my radiator?
id like to flush my cooling system out and put new coolant in it..i see theres a little nipple? on the bottom of the radiator with like a white plastic cap? on it. is that the drain? does the white cap come off or do I spin it or what? btw 02 SD 5.4

It's like a tap, turn that cap and coolant will drain out of the black tube.
