Looking for Good Shops for Lift and more

First some details about where I am and about the truck:

Live in Fairview Heights, IL (St. Clair County - Fairview Heights/Belleville/O'Fallon area)

1996 Ford F150 XLT Regular Cab Long Bed 4X4 with a 302/5.0L V8 Automatic, Manual Locking Hubs, 140K Miles

Mods: K&N FIPK Intake, Magnaflow Y Pipe with Catalytic Converters, Magnaflow SI/DO Muffler with Custom Bent 3" Dual exhaust and 3" Magnaflow Tips, Optima Yellow Top, RJM Injection Technologies 160A Alternator and wires, 4 AWG Charge Cable, Frost King Self Adhesive Duct Insulation (Sound Dampening in the doors). AMSOIL ATF, AMSOIL 5W20 Synthetic Motor Oil and EA Filter, AMSOIL Coolant

Looking for suggestions on good shops in the area to get 2.5" - 4" lift done at a good price since I really also need both the front coil buckets replaced and rear hanger and shackle too which adds to the cost of getting this thing lifted. I know GDS 4X4 in Maryville is supposed to be pretty good, but looking for opinions, recommendations etc.

Got a list of future mods that I want to do, been doing this in stages so far. Got the truck bone stock and have been replacing little things here and there to make sure it runs like a top. List of Future Mods below, any suggestions on where to get stuff like this done would be appreciated. Some of it I'll end up doing myself or with the help of other mechanically inclined friends and family with me buying the rounds afterwords. The rest (ie suspension and gears etc), I'd rather leave to the professionals.

Future Mods: 4.10s and MagHytec rear diff cover?, 2.5" - 4" lift (BDS? Rough Country? rear leafs are a little rusty and the riveted shackle and hangers need to be swapped out so not sure how expensive of a kit I really want), black Cragar Soft 8 rims (15 X 10), Cooper Discoverer ST 33X12.5X15, remove Lund side steps for black nerf bars, remove plastic bed liner for spray-in liner, remove bed rails, MSD ignition, tinted windows, Hypertech MaxPower programmer (not much HP/TQ benefit there but can pull CEL codes and reprogram speedo/odo etc.), remove side moulding, replace front riveted dual shock coil buckets with bolted in versions, replace riveted shackle and hangers with bolted in versions, straighten out front and rear bumpers.
